3D Printed Part Design
All of the following character's solid body parts were designed by me. I began with a mesh model created by a 3D artist and converted it into a parametric model broken down into manufacturable parts.

This also involved designing integration features to connect the body parts to the underlying mechanisms. Additionally, it required ensuring that no parts would collide as the characters go through their motions.
Leading a Team
I established a set of common design guidelines to be followed so that all the animatronics would share similar hardware and assembly methods. Once I had that down, the following were primarily designed by my teammates, with me consulting with them to align our practices.
Putting it All Together
These characters are designed to be able to perform twice a day, 365 days a year, for the next 20 years.
